i am developing a report and one column which is strange for to deal with please check the requirement in above images.

First of all, what kind of report you're trying to build? An SSRS report based on an RDP class, for example?
What's the business reasoning of calculating the value from two different lines? How are they related from business point of view?
THIS IS RDP BASE REPORT THIS WAS FINANCE DEPT GAVE TO ME BUT I DID'NT ASK FOR REASON JUST THEY SHOW ME HOW THE REPORT SHOW CALCULATE THESE VALUE.
I'm afraid I'm not able to design an algorithm without knowing what it should do. And I don't think you'll either. So... you'll need to go back to the requirement gathering phase.
I will suggest to make columns in your Tmp Table and do the necessary calculation in processReport() of RDP class. It will be difficult to do such calculation on design level.

This is the customer auditor report and they want to add a new column as I added the calculation as I shown above for this new column as well for more info check this image as well. Any below row will take value from its above row.
