Hi,

When creating a quote for a Contact, why is it when we want to replace the contact with a customer the contact field is greyed out?

How can we convert a quote for a contact to a customer?

    Hi,

    While creating a contact you just need to select the customer name. So whichever primary contact name is associated with this customer in the customer card will automatically get populated in the contact field of the sales quote. You can select the primary contact appropriately in the customer card so that it comes automatically in the sales quote while you select the customer.
