Please show me how to change the Product type of service Item to BOM

You can't, the fields are always disabled for service items since it doesn`t make sense to produce a service.
First question is why you want create production type "BOM" for service item. Is it correct functionality. If yes can you explain. i

Yes, standard is not allow to change and we are using DMF tool to import this.
We consider this service as a stocked Product
Well, if it should behave like a stocked product, why don't you make it one? If you want it to ba a service but have a production type, you need a customization.
