At this moment, the time and attendance are not available in Dynamics 365 HR. If you need this functionality for your customer then you can contact FourVision. FourVision built timesheet functionality on the top of Dynamics 365 HR. Please have a look. https://www.fourvision.com/solutions/employee-management/timesheet-registration-web-app/

This functionality will be available in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation (HR) in the future.
