Business document/Electronic reporting is not working to print with "Use print management"

ReportReport

I created Sales order packing slip (Excel) by business document/electronic reporting, but I cannot print using the "Use print management" button.

I setup in Electronic reporting destination

I setup the Print management setup

But when I try to print with "Use print management" button, show the loading but does not open the report.

If I use the "Copy preview" or "Original preview" the report worked and opened.

Could help me to know what is wrong?

    Hi Rafael,

Did you get any error message? Please check the Event viewer to do troubleshooting, if the issue still exists, it is recommended that you raise a ticket with Microsoft to investigate further.

    Hi Rafael

    • First I agree with Judy - you need to see if you are getting errors.  When I started playing with ER/Business documents I got ALOT of errors.  For example the may only appear after you print the report and you just miss them (I did!!)
    • I can see you have setting for CONVERT TO PDF=Yes
      • First thing to try - I initially tried using this and got errors.  Try setting to NO.
    • I can see that you have DOCUMENT TYPE = ANY
      • 2nd thing to try - You can try changing this to PRINT MANAGEMENT
        • You can then have different options for the VIEW/SEND/PRINT aspects of print management

    Regards

    Hi,

Looking at the screenshot, you haven't specified the destination you've configured as the named destination for the report? You need to select it from the dropdown list in the field above the report format.

Once you've done that, the document should print where you've specified in the destination when you select use print management on the relevant form
