My Trial balance report shows credit and debit columns are balanced but the trial ending balance does not zero out. There is a plus of $3,747.44. ow How can I fix this to zero out through the front end or database? Thanks!
Are you including Unit Accounts on your Trial Balance. If so, You will want to uncheck the box for unit accounts. Unit accounts will always make your TB unbalanced.
I have but it doesn't fix the problem. Any idea on how to fix through the backend?
You could run the checklink process - however before you do, make sure you backup your database. I usually make a copy of the DB into our UAT or DEV environment and run the checklink (financials) process there .
I just ran and no the beginning and consecutive months do not balance
