500 Internal server error in ssrs report

Hi Friends,

I am getting the following error while running budget fund available report

The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

I can able to run this report for 1 day (eg:1/1/2015 to 1/1/2015) but when i run for 1 month are one year it showing the above error. it is a std report.

help to fix this issue.

Hi jignesh,

thanks for the reply i did full compile full cil and even i recreated the XPPL and tried getting the same error. and i changed the timeout option also.

I have had the similar error but not like timeout scenario. The restarting of SQL Reporting Server fixed it.

Hi dramescbe,

You have to do two things

1- Restarting the SSRS Reporting Services from services.msc

2- AX System administration module ,set-up ,service and application integration framework , in bound port , bi service stop the services and restart the services. and restart the reporting services

You may check SQL Server TempDB and whether enough disk space or not.

Hi drameshcbe deleting user usage data, I had the same problem and the solution was deleting usage data.
