I am about to upgrade the license file for an AX 4.0 SP2 environment (enabling more modules). The new license file enables the Trade module and the AIF.
Is this anything I need to worry about (in terms of custom modifications that has been done earlier and synchronization etc.)?
After enabling the license key I will, at first, enable the print management configuration key under the Trade module. Is this anything I need to worry about (in terms of...as above)?
I have done this already in a test environment and it turned out well. I am just not sure that everything works as before and thats why I ask for your opinion.

Dont wory. It will not reflect any problem in future. I did it many times in my client palce. My client's license did not have all the modules. When we developed at client pace at that moment we replaced their lisence to our lisence. And after development we reset client's license into the system same as before.
Your license has updated for adding features but not less. When u re-insert your latest license then system will need a synchronisation. Agree with it. Only updated part will be implemented in your database. Your existing database will remain same.
Note: Before this process start it is recommened that please take a full database and application back up.
