Where could I get or download "MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3" manual/guide/white papers ?

Now Im moving to AX2012 R3, but I could not find much about papers or guide in AX2012 R3. I would like to look about which standard functions that I can use, so I dont have to customize new functions. And what is the different between AX2012 R2 and AX2012 R3. Please give me suggestions.

You can download user manuals for AX 2012 R3 from Microsoft partner source .

https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource

You can search on google for finding the difference between R2 and R3.
