Project quotation manager

In project quotations, who is the person responsible for the quotation? I can't seem to find a field to assign a person to a project quotation such as a "quotation manager" for example or something equivalent to a project manager when it comes to projects. Any help is much appreciated.

I think i figured it out. It is the "Sales Responsible" field which can be set upon creation of the project quotation. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi George,

You can indeed use this field to indicate who is managing the quotation. There is also a field called 'Sales taker'. The 'Sales responsible' is visible on the list page and would probably the better choice in your scenario. The field is also used to filter the quotations when a person opens the 'My project quotations' list page.

Hi George,

As Andre mentioned there are indeed two persons:

Sales taker: the worker who received the project quotation

Sales responsible: the worker who is responsible for the order

It indeed seems that the best choice in your scenario is the Sales responsible.
