When our customer selects Print and Send using the Ship and Invoice option, only the invoice prints. They need the shipment to print as well. They do have the shipment report defined in Print Selection - Sales. We cannot reproduce in our dev environment, and have compared setups. We cannot find where there may be a missing setting. Can anyone point us to what might need configuring?
This has been resolved. It was a missing button in the ribbon. The customer was using post and not post and send. I apologize for the confusion!
Just a curiosity question. Do you see any modification in Codeunit 80 and 82?
Also, you mentioned user setup for printer I am correct here? I mean on top of selecting report layout user should be setup to print that report on specific printer. Also, are those printers different than Invoice printer? if yes can you see in issue with those printers? Any modification in shipment report?

Unfortunately this is not the problem, but thank you for trying to help! I also have discovered that their Shipment does not print even if they just post Ship. The SO needs to be posted before it can be printed.

I dont have BC 14, but you can try with the Document layout functionality see the images. go to the customer customer card and click on Document Layout button
