We are having the following scenario: Every time we reassign a case to another owner user, the activities, notes, emails and tasks are reassigned to the new owner of the case, therefore the date of the activity is modified in the time scale.
Is this correct to happen?
I made a ticket to Microsoft and they indicated that it may have been an update made by them that modified the behavior of relations with the case entity.
Currently the relationship configuration is as follows:
