Resend Personalised Customer Voice Survey

I have created a survey with variables to personalise the survey. The survey is sent via an email template from within Customer Voice

Not all invites to the survey have been responded to and we want to resend on adhoc basis as we make follow up calls. 

There doesnt seem to be the ability to simply resend the original invite - only delete it from within Customer Voice. Is there another way to find the original email and resend it?

    Hello

    you can resend your email by doing                                              CheckMyRota App

    Head over to your “Sent” folder and find the email you want to resend.

    Click “Reply.”

    Edit the body of the email to remove any content that's no longer relevant (or to add in anything new that is).

    Remove the subject line, then add the recipient.

    Click “Send.”

    Open the survey, and go to the Send tab. Select Automation. If you've sent your survey through email once, the invitation summary is displayed. To send your survey by using Power Automate, select Resend > Automate.

    Nope : you don't have access to the sent emails

    But you can query the dataverse tables and get the list of invitations with emails + status + URL sent in the invitation (that's the important information in order to have coherent analytics)

    and then send the emails again (but no with Customer Voice) ... you have to send an email not a survey!! Otherwise it would generate a new invitation

    If you have less than 5000 invitations this is easily doable with Power Automate (if more than 5000 invitations, it gets feasible but more complex)

    Our company has already put this solution in place for some customers.

    Hi TFP,

    No the resend can not be done via Customer Voice. I saw a blog about the feature of reminder email coming, even with a screenshot, but didn't really see this being released yet  (link here)

    You can compose the email and send via other ways like power automate.

    If you go with composing and sending email yourself, make to use the original unique survey invitation URL so the data analytics (e.g. open, respond) are not messed up :)
