Sales Return Order

I've created a SRO and have parts to return now. Where do I start?

    if you have already created the sales return order, add the items to return in the lines area. after that post the sales return order.

    If you have already created the Sales return order header then you should add the items that you want to return. If you want to copy lines from posted document then you should go click on the "Get Posted Document Lines to Reverse" and from the window you should select the document.

    Once the lines are added to return to the order you should post the Sales return Order.
