    I advise you to check the sequence number in the settings.

    Hello,
     
    We have the same issue in 10.0.39 only and for 1 user only too.
    We verify the number sequence and delete all caches for the user (in dynamics and the browser).

    We receive feedback from microsoft team.
    The solution is to reset the view to standard view and mark it to default.

    We encountered this issue on 4/26/2024 and after reading the responses to this thread we also found that the view in question needed to be saved again. An example the user was using My view(1)* and also had another view My view*, we deleted My view(1)* and then opened and saved My view and once the star (*) was cleared the journal functioned as expected.
