Bank Link Stopped Working

When conducting a bank reconciliation, the connection to the bank is now stalling out and giving the following error.

"The request failed due to an underlying issue such as network connectivity, DNS failure, server certificate validation or timeout.

I have gone to an earlier sandbox, and everything works fine. However, with the new updates to Business Central, the connection is now not working.

    Hello,

    docs.microsoft.com/.../system.net.http.httpclient.sendasync

    If this did work before and suddenly stopped working, may may want to look for other errors in application log (assuming the issue is client side) or generate a Fiddler log.

    Of course, you can also raise this to Microsoft via your partner or CSP.

    Thank you, Marco. I had read the link you sent previously, but it did not really outline a solution, just confirmed the type of error reporting. You are probably right that there is an application log error, however, I am not skilled enough to evaluate that.

    I have reached out to our partner group to see if they can assist as well.
