Disable Reverse Transaction

As I understand it there are no controls in place to reverse a transaction.  I was looking to disable this feature and was unable to find a parameter(s) that will disable Reverse.  I have found the parameter in GL, but that doesnt appear to disable a reverse system-wide.

I am struggling to find any information about this and was hoping the community can help.

Next step i was thinking to remove the button on the form.

Thanks

    Hi,

Can you explain what reversal does not get disabled if you take out this parameter check?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi eenlow,

I also wonder where exactly you have the button available. Anyway, if you don't setup the number sequences for transaction reversal, the users cannot use it either.

Eventually, you can hide the buttons using security.

    Ludwig,

Thats for the response and all you do here.  I never documented which transaction and maybe assumed it was possible since the button was enabled, I apolgize.  I just tried a few transactions and there was a restriction.  I think I should be good.

    Andre,

Thank you as well for the response and all you do here too.  The appears and is enabled under GL>Main Accounts then posted.  However the restiction is there now that Ludwig question my transaction type.  I will propose your additional suggestions to my team as optional controls we can put in place.
