Price Levels

Good day,

We have some items that are being sold with flea market prices. The price level was created and assigned to the respective items. For this sale a customer account was created and the price level is flea market.

During the sale flea market prices were changed to a further lower price but the price level was still flea market. When these further reduced items were being sold the new prices were not coming up. I checked the setup and there is nothing that seems inconsistent.

Not sure what may have been missed, has anyone experienced this, and what was the resolution.

Regards

Rosemary

In this scenario, it seems that the changes made to the flea market prices did not reflect during the sale. To resolve this, double-check the price level assignment for the items to ensure it is still set to flea market. Verify if any price overrides or special pricing rules are affecting the item prices. Review the system logs or consult the software support team to identify any technical issues. Consider reapplying the correct price level or manually adjusting the prices during the sale if necessary. YourTexasBenefits

    RE: Price Levels

Thanks for your response, we use GP via a Terminal Server, at the line item level if the user were to go to the price level and select it the price change will take effect. But it was a little too much and they just override the price.

The users would have logged off and back on so I'm not sure about any synchronization issues. Also I'm not sure how to check for that.

I read your question so i conclude that Cache or system synchronization: Ensure that the system's cache is cleared or refreshed to ensure it is up to date with the latest price changes. Additionally, check if there are any synchronization issues between different com . myccpay
