657Our newest user receives the following message when she opens MR 2012.
Can't connect to the Management Reporter server. Do you want to specify a different server address?
This person is setup in:
- GP with access to the company
- MR as an Administrator
The message associated with the MR logon error in the Event Viewer says:
You don't have permission to perform this operation.
Other than:
- GP - with company access
- MR - User is created as an Administrator with company access
Where would permissions need to be updated so this user can access MR?
