Our newest user receives the following message when she opens MR 2012.
Can't connect to the Management Reporter server. Do you want to specify a different server address?

The message associated with the MR logon error in the Event Viewer says:
You don't have permission to perform this operation.
Other than:
Where would permissions need to be updated so this user can access MR?

Check the status of the firewall. Port 4712 must be open.
