Is it possible to get a list of jobs/sites attend by one resource/engineer?

We are support admin, so don't have the service desk front end of nav, but would like to monitor which resources are on each of our sites, and when, each day

Yes its possible , you can use custom report by adding filters

After allocating Resources to Jobs you can create a custom report for List of Resources as per the Job selected.
