How can we change the service account for management reporter. Management Reporter was installed by a user who is no longer with the company.

If you want to change MR two windows service account, please follow the following steps:
1. In MR security, create a new account or pick up an existing account, be sure setup as an Administrator in security role
2. Add that domain account to SQL security in Management Studio, mapped the security as the account that hosts MR services
3. Go to Windows services to find MR services and replace with the new account with the password in the identity tab
4. Stop the MR service and restart those two
5. Test client MR and see if you can login.
