CRM 2013 generates system jobs endlessly related to a quote

Hi,

I have an urgent problem.

A Quote that has been saved by user generates endlessly new system jobs and eventually the machine will run out of resources (on premises).

Even a admin user can not delete the quote because it has some SQL problem:

Cannot obtain lock on resource, mode:Update - stored procedure sp_getapplock returned error code -3.

Any ideas how to quickly stop the quote from creating new system jobs and how to get rid of the misbehaving quote?
