Buttons with an image float on form using C#

I created a Dynamics GP winform and I want to place a button with an image of a magnifying glass. In design mode everything is lined up. However, when I execute the code the magnifying glasses move to the middle of the screen. How do i prevent this?

Andrew, I actually gave up on the code for this since nothing worked. All the forms are defined as

public partial class frmViewJobLinkerOpenstributions : DexUIForm

What I have is simply set the properties of location to be offset in design view and then when I run the code it brings them down and to the left. The buttons are inside a group box and the problem is I cannot make them part of the group box.
