Change the Tab's text colour on conditional basis

Hi Experts, 

I have a Two option field with values Yes and No, please see below. This field resides on a particular tab on the form, when this field is set to Yes, i want to highlight the tab by either changing the text of the tab to red or the background colour of the tab to red; when the value is changed to No i want to clear the colour back to as is.

PS: i am not a developer but with your help i can very well implement the JvScript.

    Hello,

    please find below our official documentation contains components that can be changed by a theme.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../change-color-scheme-add-logo-match-organizations-brand

    in addition to that , its is a not supported way to change any UI element by JavaScript.
