Hi all,

I'm using DF365 and I want to import bulk product images of around 100,000 products. I've searched for the solution and I also want help from anyone who has done it successfully.

I found these links but not sure what is the best solution

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/inventory-how-import-item-pictures

https://community.dynamics.com/ax/f/microsoft-dynamics-ax-forum/189225/dixf--import-product-images

Please let me know.

Thank you

    Hi Yokesh,

The image should be placed in a folder called Resources. You can first export a data package to get a correct template of the zip file including the folder structure.

    Hi HSIFS,

I don't know if you are same as KZOo, but the package which you attached has issues with CSV file, lot of columns are empty. Please follow the steps which are given by me in earlier post.

    Hi,

No that is incorrect. Create a processing group. Give the group name and description. Click on add file. Then do not select an entity name, directly go to the source data format, and select package. Then upload and add the zip file. it will map the entity automatically with the correct format and then import.

    Hi Vinit

I've changed the zip file according to your instruction and that error is now gone.

But now when I import the file, i'm getting the " Incorrect Sample file Format " error.

Let me tell you what are the steps I'm performing:

When I go to Export, I enter the name and then in add Entity, for data source I select Excel

and when I go to Import, I again select Excel for the source.

Is it correct way or should I select a different Data Source  option?
