Hi there,
we discovered different status at customer journeys. While "ended" customer journeys can be still copied and used again the status "expired" isn't working like that?
Whats the difference and what functionalities do they have?
Thanks for any help!
Best regards,
Joannis
When a customer's trip is over, the trip is complete, and you have reached your destination. However, you can still make a copy of that trip and use it for future reference or planning, just as you can save your BC flight preferences for future bookings. On the other hand, if a trip has expired, it has expired and can no longer be used. It's like a promo code that has passed - it will no longer be valid, no matter how hard you try to use it. Since I love business class flights, I am very good at this. I hope to clarify the difference between completed and expired customer trips. Best of luck with your travels.
Hi Joannis Papazissis,
Do you mean to say "stopped" instead of "ended" , cause there is no description of the "ended" here.
Here is my point, hope it helps:
Stopped:
The message was once live but is now stopped. While stopped, you can edit and save the content without going live. Select Go live to republish it.
Note that for your changes to take effect in journeys that are already live, you must stop and go live with the respective journeys again. Otherwise, the previous version of the email will continue to be used.
Expired(doesn't work): The journey end date or user-triggered stop date passed at least 30 days ago and the journey can't be restarted. You can delete expired journeys if needed.
