Hello Experts,

in subject error is facing during running "Ledger Transaction List" (GL Module). even a few days before my colleague run this report with same data parameter and it was generated successfully,

can any one help me to get out this issue.

Hi Yasir,

Which product do you use,AX or D365fo?You may try to clear the cache.

Hi Yasir,

Are you sure your colleague used the same dates? This is a validation by design which will allow you to get ledger transactions reported within the same fiscal year only.

Hi Yasir,

The dates in the report start in 2020; not 2019 as your error message mentions. Can you share a screenshot of the fiscal calendar? The report has transaction for more than one year, but curious to see if your fiscal year is 12 months or probably longer.

Hi andre....above attachment consist on from... 6/15/2020 to 11/16/2021.. Means this report between two financial periods.... if i m selecting these date ranges again ,,, then face subject error...fiscal year is 12 month from july to june..

Dear Andre...one more thing for your info... we have three environments,...testing,,,,live....and one more....we have backup of last october on third environment,,,, in that environment.... report is running successfully....that environment not updated....

Hi Yasir,

I had exactly the same issue. I suggest you check the Fiscal Year start and end date of the calendar.

sorry for late response, can you pls tell me the format which resolve your issue....because as you highlight the date...its within 2 years...if i want to get from base year...what should i do
