Quick Create Form - Phone Call

Hi, On the Phone Call Quick Create form currently there is no Mark Complete Button present.

In order to Mark it complete each time user needs to create and then go back and open it and click on Mark Complete Button.

I would like to add a button on the Quick Create form and not sure if it is possible. Please advise any ideas or approaches on how this can be achieved?   All I am looking is to give the ability to user to Mark Complete

    We still needed the option for Phone calls to not be complete, and others to set to Complete.

    What we did for someone was to add a 2 option yes/no (formatted as tickbox) on the quick create and then had a workflow trigger on create of Phone Call to set to Complete if the tickbox was Yes.

    Hello,

    You can add a new button using ribbon workbench and execute Javascript to mark the phone call as complete.

    Hi Ankit, Adding a button on the Quick Create form is not possible with Ribbon Work bench.

    Hi LA, thanks. Your solution helps to solve the problem of setting the phone call status to complete through Phone Call. I am looking for Button kind of approach to show to the user.
