How to check blank email id in customerv3 entity

Hi,
How to check blank email id in customerv3 entity filter query, if there is no record created in contact info of the customer.
If contact record is created of email & id is not updated than we can check with CustomersV3?$filter=PrimaryContactEmail eq '' statement but if record itself is not created same condition is not fetching the data.
There is one more field /PrimaryContactEmailRecordId/ which shows 0 value , in case contact info is not created but since it is recid field,checking with NULL or 0 or '' not working.
 
Need help in how to check recid field blank checking in filter query or any alternate solution.

    I found a way to list Customers which have no email address, without using the data entity. I did it from the Global Address Book (Common > Common > Global address book).
     
    Using Advanced filter or sort, I added a join to Global address book -> Customers, and then a separate series of joins Global address book -> Party location relationships -> Locations -> Communications details (Not exists join).
     
    Then I added a filter on Customer account, to make sure it lists only Parties that were customers.
    And then another couple of filters which ensures it lists only Parties which have no Email address.
