Cross references for system fields

Are cross references created for system fields of tables (e.g. CreatedDateTime)? If yes, how can these cross references be queried?

I need this for AX 2012 R2 CU6, but if you know an answer for any other version, I would still be interested.

    Such references are stored - you can see them if you use Cross-references > Using on a method referring to such fields.

    You probably can't use these references in any comfortable way in GUI, but you can query xRef* tables directly.

    Thanks, the solution is indeed table xRefNames where entries for the system fields of tables can be found. Actually there is a way to get there via the GUI, im menu Tools>Cross-reference>Names you can query all data from table xRefNames (but as you wrote, not very comfortable).
