Hi everyone.
In F&O dashboard Workspaces, when I create a new workspace, from right click -> Personalize Tile Page Container -> Add workspace, can I then share it to the whole organization ? so everyone can access what I already put it that new workspace ?

Hi Tony,
You can share it as personalization. Note that some parts will have a user context (query on your user account) and can give an error in that case. If you need to have something for the whole organization, you can also consider develop a new workspace.

which is pretty much makes me more confuse what to do.
Yeah, noted about the error, but actually my plan or idea is to create new workspace then later I will put / embed a Power BI report on that workspace. So probably what it needs is to everyone has access to that report as well, am I right to say that ?
but first I need to make the workspace as a public workspace.

Thanks, I have a few question though, since it seems it is an old blog which makes the menu in SysAdmin > Personalization is a bit different.
But also that blog explaining about personalize or export personalize within a form, which understandable that after import to other user, that targeted user own personalize will be replaced.
As for my case is the DefaultDashboard it self, does it means this user default dashboard will also be changed? and also I cannot find a way to apply (or in this case probably import personalize file) to the whole organization. Because it is said you need to select which user you want to replace his personalization, of course this step will tedious when there is many users also when there will be new user in the future.
What I want is only actually to share 1 workspace made by me to the whole organization.
I did write that blog in the past. In between, indeed a lot has been changed. I have shared some personalizations on a configured workspace before. The first step was to manually create a workspace for each user. Then you are able to share the content of the workspace. This could be a tedious job if many users need to have the new workspace. For that reason, I mentioned the option to develop a new workspace.
I'm not sure there is Export or even Manage button in a workspace contain Power BI report.
Actually even when I create a blank workspace then add Tile from Power BI, it is very difficult to align those Tile, because when we click the Tile, it will jump to the report source of that Tile.
So is it really is possible to share a Power BI workspace ?

I have not tried to share a personalization with a new blank workspace and only a tile from Power BI. You can try to lookup the personalization via the Personalization form where an administrator could do the export and import.
