Initially our users were able to edit Marketing E-Mail Templates.

But today they are getting below error:

Has anyone faced this issue before?

    Hi,

    I have not encountered such a problem nor have I been able to reproduce it.

    The entityimage field is actually the thumbnail preview of the template.

    Please check the Primary Image of the Marketing email template entity is set properly.
