Edit the contact created when automatically creating a case

Hi,

I was wondering how the "Mapping in Power Automate manually" works. What I'm trying to do is also create a contact automatically, but tag that specific contact with a Contact Type, for example, Contact type: Patient

Does this create a flow automatically like the one below when creating a rule? Or am I to create my own flow? If so, what entities will I be using here?

Edit: I might have posted the subject incorrectly.

Subject changed from: "Record Creation and Update Rule Advanced Settings: Manage Unknown Senders by 'Mapping in Power Automate Manually'" to "Edit the contact created when automatically creating a case"

    Hi JoeyLP,

If so, you could modify this flow and add your step to it.

    For example:

you can modify the contact type when creating the case as the following screenshot shows

    Hi JoeyLP,

No, you just need to open the flow and modify the Create a record (don't rename this step) in it.

Please refer to this doc: Automatically create or update records in Customer Service Hub (Dynamics 365 Customer Service) | Microsoft Docs.

I've followed this part of the document multiple times. But after realizing that the title says, Mapping in Power Automate Manually, I might have titled this post incorrectly. What I'm looking for is to either update the contact type of the recently created contact or simply have that contact type upon creating the contact when creating the case.

    Hello,

No, it will show up a Link, you need to configure the POWER AUTOMATE by opening the LINK

Thank you for replying. I'm not sure if I understand, but the power automate flow that was opened was for creating a case, not the contact. And in that flow, I do not see a part where it creates the contact. It only verifies if the contact exists. I can't find the flow to create a contact.
