RSAT test case user access denied or button greyed out

Hello,

I'm trying to automate the purchase requisition process with RSAT. The user I'm using for create purchase requisition has an employee assigned so there is a worker and person. When I run the test case I see the new button for create purchase requisition is greyed out. The user has the right roles and person assigned.

The second thing is the user I'm using as the approver in the approval test case somehow throws an access denied message when I run the test case. The security roles are correct.

When I run both scenarios as admin everything works fine. Any insight will be helpful.

Hi Sidrakhan,

Ensure you mapped correct Admin user who has all the rights in RSAT settings. When you have workflow make sure this user authorized to approve that workflow.

And also you need to split the process in to multiple test cases for RSAT if you applied any workflow like 1 test case for creation and submit, 2nd test case for approval.
