Please can you assist with a document management question.
I would like to store the certificate template in the database and once an employee has completed a course, I would like to have the employees name and the course name populate the template certificate and then I will print it
Depends on the course type I would suggest, and where you are mastering the different courses, eLearning functionality like LMS365 will do this, also take a look at document templates in Dynamics, but think about the journey, and what point in the process those certificates are awarded and what periphery comms activities may also be needed, a badge on Viva Insights as an example. We all love a unicorn :)
