How to return deleted user from user list in D365 Human Resources? After deleting, I can't find that user in the Person list on User form

I deleted user from my user list instead just remove person on user. Now I tried to return that user but I'm not sure how to do that. I succeeded to import them from Active Directory again but I can't find him on list in Person tab. Please help me with this. Maybe I have to delete that record from some table to see that user in the list again.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thank you very much.

    Hi  dz_ha,

    Please view the following documentation:

Restore or permanently remove recently deleted user - Azure AD - Microsoft Entra | Microsoft Docs

    Hi Charlotte X

    Thank you for your answer.

This documentation is very useful in case of deleting users from Active Directory. My user has not been deleted from Azure Active Directory, he is still active. I deleted the user only from the User list in the Dynamics 365 Human Resources application. After that I was able to import it again from Azure Active Directory, but I can't connect it to the existing employee that was there before.

    Kind regards,

    Džejna

    Hi Džejna,

Can you please check whether the user has relationship with the person via excel. If yes then remove and assign to your user.

    Hi Parag Chapre,

    Thank you for answer.

I check User person relationship table via Excel and see that record for this user does not exist.

Also, in Worker table I see the relationship fields are filled (I presume that is the problem), but I can't edit them (remove values via Excel).

Is there maybe some other table where I can find these records?

    Kind regards,

    Džejna
