Hi guyz,

I am trying to restrict set regarding(while set regard/ Outlook landing page) field to Account only.

and at the same time i want to allow user to create contact records also.

What i have learnt from Microsoft Blog is: Whatever entity we add in Entity views or sitemap it will be shown up in regarding field.

Please let me know if there is any way.

    Hi partner,

Originally, we could select the range of records that appeared in 'set regarding' by selecting the views of the entity.

However, even if you deselect all views of the contact entity, the 'Contacts Lookup View' is fixed in 'set regarding'.

In other words, 'Contacts Lookup View' cannot be removed or modified, so we cannot make Contact be 0 records by setting filtering for 'set regarding'.

    --------------------------------

I tried everything possible, but found that once the create contact button appeared, the set regarding button also appeared. So it doesn't make sense.

I tried to add the contact entity in the dashboard. Although the contact can be created in this way, it can also be set regarding.

    Hi partner,

Unfortunately, there is no way to achieve it.

If an entity cannot appear in set regarding, then it also cannot appear in quick create list.
