I have added a column from a related table into work order view and I was able to filter the column until recently, however it stopped working and/or not filtering the view after the recent field service update to the production environment. Is this a known issue/bug?
And you can try to turn off 'New look' feature to test it if you have enabled it.
Or you can try to change other grid control of current table.
