Hi,

I have added a column from a related table into work order view and I was able to filter the column until recently, however it stopped working and/or not filtering the view after the recent field service update to the production environment. Is this a known issue/bug?

It appears to be a known issue with "Work Order List (New)" control and making the read only grid to default fixed the issue.

Hi,

In my version, Everything's OK.

You can open a ticket with the Microsoft tech support team to confirm if it's a bug or not.

And you can try to turn off 'New look' feature to test it if you have enabled it.

Or you can try to change other grid control of current table.
