Hi all, I have a bit of a strange one. I seem to be unable to pull through any expiring records in D365 HR manager self service, even though the system has a few on record. One of my direct reports has two expiring records, but the tile for 'Expiring identification numbers for my team' shows 0, as below;
But if I click into that tile, I can see that the two identification numbers for my direct report are actually expiring within the next few days as seen below.
Is there any setting I am missing that is causing the self-service tile not to show the correct number? The 'expiring records' range in HR parameters is set to 30 days, so that cannot be the problem. I've observed this behaviour in both a production environment and a sandbox, so I am hoping this is a user error on my part somewhere rather than a bug. Please do let me know if you happen to know the solution!
