My client required to have approval system for journal level based on the credit limits and document types. Is there any approval system available in Dynamics NAV 2015 version for Journal level approval?
I searched in the internet and I could not find any and I communicate that to my client and he is not willing to agree with me and he is saying some other party has told him that it is available in 2015 version. So please help me on this.

it is not available in standard NAV. you should customize or check whether there are any Addon's available.
If the user enter 10000 then it would be sent to person A and if her enter 5000 then it should sent to person 2 for approval. That kind of a approval system they required.
If you are looking for a Yes/No answer then my answer would be NO.
NAV does not have an approval system for journals and if you need a one then you should develop it as a separate module.
However Dynamics NAV have its own inbuilt approval system for purchase module and as a starting point you can check how it was implemented and it will give you a good idea of how to develop a one on your own.

I think the other party must have a developed vertical with them and they must have shown it to your client.
