Schedule Board Time Resolution question

  In the settings for the schedule board, there is a setting for Time Resolution.   This has been explained to me from day one that this is the time interval when you drag a call to the board.   Meaning if I have it set to 15 minutes when I drag it up the system will drop it only on the quarter hour (8:15, 8:30, 8:45, 9:00, etc)     As you can see have mine set to 1 hour, so 8am, or 9am no in between.         However, it is dropping calls as if it were setup with 1-minute intervals.              This is not how it has been in the past. Was an update done? Is there a different place that the setting is now to have the time slots be 1 hour and not 1 minute?

    Hi Partner,
    The smallest interval of time, by which you can create or make changes to the Booking on the hourly view of the board.
    For example:
    I set 1 hour:
    Through my test, I've found that when selecting a time period by dragging and dropping on the panel, it can display only the set minimum interval:
    --No matter where you start on the panel, it ends at the beginning of the hour.
    --And it can show the set minimum interval when you try to change time duration of created booking through dragging in the board.
    However, the following two methods are not affected by this
    1) Clicking Book button, time interval 15 minutes 
    2)Drag resource requirement to the board, the time interval 30 minutes
