Benefit| Calculation based on salary

Hi All,

As per the client requirement, every month the employee is entitled to receive 8% of his salary.

How do i configure this as part of benefit. I believe rates can be used and Single tier as Salary. But not sure how do i go about it. What should be the level, calculation amount, and the employer amount to achieve the above scenario.

Please advice.

RE: Benefit| Calculation based on salary

    Hi poonamT,

Level: The value to use with the tier type during benefit rate calculation process. For example:

If the tier type is Age, this would be the age value.
If the tier type is Salary, this would be the salary amount.
If the tier type is Job type, this would be the job type.

Calculation amount: The amount to use during the benefit rate calculation process. This amount will be the divisor during the math calculation of the tier rate.
