I've created a Customer Journey in which I only want to send a 1-day before the event reminder to Event Registrations, so not to the Cancellations. However, if I create the journey like this, it still sends out event reminders to the Cancellations.
How are Event Cancellations recorded? If I read it in the Microsoft documentation, it states that the Event Registration record becomes inactive. However, if I look into the view 'Inactive Event Registrations' there are no records there.
And the other question, how do I create a Customer Journey that only sends out emails to actual Registered Contacts, WITHOUT using the if/then statement 'registrations has been cancelled' and using the negative path.
Thanks Nya. However, I still think this really sucks ;)
