@Ram, thank you. My challenge is with the token, when I click on edit, its only showing the worker title, does it mean I need to manually put the customers email address?

You have to use "@Billing@" tocken, please refer blogs.msdn.com/.../email-reports-to-specific-people-by-using-tokens.aspx

@Ram thanks a-lot. After this, isnt there a room where I can put a message on the body of the mail? After the mail drops, the body is blank, how can I populate it?

I have seen it uses the purpose in when filling the address for customers and vendors.

Hi Dammy, AFAIK, Out of the box, AX will not add any message in the body of the mail.

@Ram, Is there a way I can change the label of the report? When the report is sent using PDF, it uses the report name in SSRS which is not very presentable.

    Hi DammyT,

You can use the email templates to specify the message to be put in the body of the email. I think the email templates form is under Organization administration module.

    Thanks,

    Baber.

    Hi DammyT,

I am not sure if you can change the name of the PDF file created when sending emails. But for this, take a look at SRSReportRunPrinter class and toEmail method which generates the email and send report as PDF file. May be you can do something there to fullfill your requirements.

Please verify and let me know if you have further queries.

    Thanks,

    Baber.
