As Ramit suggested, this could be a customized invoice report and the text at the bottom could be part of the customization. Also, it appears you're using Docentric, which is a 3rd party form add-on to D365. Could the configuration be in Docentric?

Two things-
1: Is this a custom report? if it is standard then which country it is? because in standard I don't see these options you shared in the report.
2: Have you tried to enable "Use Print Management" option and then print? for me its working.
I tested and works fine however it wont come like the way you are expecting, see Ramit Paul as footer Text.
