Invoice template/ Add additional contact information in the Footer of the Invoice

Hello!

We have to change our footer text on the invoices that we are sending to customers/vendors and I cannot find from where I can do that.

I have to add the additional contact information which is Managing Director.

I have changed the necessary details in Organization administration>Legal entities:

Also I have changed the footer in the Print management:

But when we are generating invoices our footer looks like this:

The managing director information is still missing, and I am not sure if I am missing some place where I have to add this additional information.

Could you suggest something?

Hi,

Two things-

1: Is this a custom report? if it is standard then which country it is? because in standard I don't see these options you shared in the report.

2: Have you tried to enable "Use Print Management" option and then print? for me its working.

I tested and works fine however it wont come like the way you are expecting, see Ramit Paul as footer Text.

As Ramit suggested, this could be a customized invoice report and the text at the bottom could be part of the customization. Also, it appears you're using Docentric, which is a 3rd party form add-on to D365. Could the configuration be in Docentric?
