organization-wide workflow in AX - adjustable?

Hi everybody,

I have a question about Workflows in AX 2012 R3. If a workflow is specified as "organization-wide" (e.g. in Travel & Expense module), is it still possible to adjust it to Legal Entities?

As an example, we may have one general Workflow for LE's A and B, but for C I would need a simplier Workflow or a completely different one.

Hi Stijn,

Customize the workflow in AOT, please check this blog: community.dynamics.com/.../customize-ax-2012-workflow-to-become-organize-wide-or-company-wide

Or create multiple conditions to determine which company the instance belongs to and go through that approval process.
