Retail Catalog Approval Workflow

So i was messing around with already published catalog and was able to delete product and publish successfully. however when i tried to add product to catalog it required an approval and went through workflow process. i created new workflow and see if that could let me approve it but for some reason it wont let me approve catalog.  any help or suggestion on how to setup workflow will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Hi Monty21,

    What happens that you can't approve the catalog?

    I'm sure you found this, which is a hint about how to setup the workflow:

    technet.microsoft.com/.../jj728696.aspx

    For playing, you might as well get it to approve itself. You could create an Automatic action where 'Catalogue.Status' is value 'Submitted for approval' -> Auto complete action = Approve.

    If you get any errors in the workflow designer, I find clicking on the error takes you to the place you need to go to fix it.

    You also need the workflow batch jobs to be executing. Head into the Batch jobs inquiry. Have you got these three:

    Workflow message processing

    Workflow due date processing

    Workflow line-item notifications

    ?

    If not, you'll need to create them via Sys Admin -> Setup -> Workflow -> Workflow infrastructure configuration.
