Surfacing Inspection Component on Custom Work Order Service Task Form

The Out of Box Work Order Service Task form has a single-line text Form Component called "SurveyControl" with a form component called "CC_InspectionSurveyControl_Name" enabled.

When attempting to add this component to a custom WO Service Task form, I see a multi-line text SurveyControl field, but no single-line. The multi-line does not provide the option to add the form component "CC_InspectionSurveyControl_Name".

Is there any documentation for enabling the new Inspection Form Component on a custom form that someone can point me to?

Hi AllThingsMS,

Unfortunately, you can't add the Inspection control to custom Work Order Service Task form, which is by-design.
