How to download ALL Security Permission like in View Permission

Hi all,

In Security Configuration (SysAdmin > Security), in each role we can see all the configuration up to menuitem level. Another NICE thing is we can see the license.

May I know if we can download it but not per Role, but all of it at one time ?

I tried using DM > Export, by choosing entity /System Security Permission/, First look good, but then I'm wondering why the license turn incorrect ? It will turn into 4 only : Activity / Universal / Enterprise / None.

If I check one of it, it is true, incorrect. Team member become Enterprise. Actually without checking we already know it is incorrect because why it is only 4, while in the UI we can see more detail such as Finance, SCM, Projects, Activity, Team member, Operations.

Hi Teevo,

After Microsoft changed the license SKUs to have Finance, SCM, and others, they didn't change the data entities. You can create an extension or custom data entity in case you need an export. In case you are not using too many roles in your organization, you can also open the View permissions per role which is in use and export the data to Excel.
